Upgrade Subscription Plan

You can upgrade the plan to any recurring type of plan such as Annual, Half-yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, or Daily. Any of these plans can be upgraded if you have subscribed to a Recurring Plan.

Go to Subscription Module->Click on the customer you need to upgrade the plan for, as shown below:

Once after clicking on the customer name, you will get redirected to Customer Portfolio, as shown below:

The plan which is selected is active which indicates that plan payment is succeded and is subscribed. Once you click on the plan it shows a Green Tick on the plan which indicates that the plan is selected then from clicking on the Manage Subscription you will get redirected to another page for upgrading the plan, as shown below:

These are the plans available, and the subscribed plan has a tag SUBSCRIBED written on it. The customer can upgrade the plan based on his requirement. After Subscribing to the plan you will be redirected to Customer Portfolio as shown below:

Once the Plan is Upgraded the plan is updated in the Customer Portfolio, Then in the subscription module the plan name will be changed shown below the Customer Id and in more info, you can see the entry will be generated for the new plan hereafter. As shown below:
