MYFUNDBOX Subscriptions's extensive dashboard provides you with information about your Expected revenue, Failed and Missed Payments, Annual and Gross Revenue and Active Plans.
It shows the expected or predicted amount your company will receive in the current month.
You will be able to see the failed payments made by your customers. By clicking on the Failed Payments link it will be redirected to the payments menu. Here you will be able to filter your failed payments according to your convenience.
You will be able to see all the payments missed by your customers. By clicking on the Missed/Upcoming Payments link it will be redirected to the subscription menu. Here you will be able to filter your Missed/Upcoming Payments according to your convenience.
Forecast will predict the next upcoming month payments of your company, based on past and present data.
It shows the total successful transactions amount for the current month.
It shows the total amount of money that company will receive in the current year.
It shows the total amount of money the company has received from the beginning until now.
Total number of plans active for your customers will be shown here.
By clicking on the active plans link you will be redirected to the plans page where all the active plan list will be displayed.
The payments made for each billing type by your customers is displayed in the form of pie chart.
- One-Off - A single time payment is called One-Off.
- Daily - The payment will happen daily in this method.
- Weekly - The payment will happen once in every week.
- Monthly - The payment will happen once in every month.
- Quarterly - The payment will happen once in every three month.
- Half Yearly - The payment will happen once in every six month.
- Annual - The payment will happen once a year in this method.
It shows the latest successful transactions of your company. The check more option redirects to the payments menu displaying the list of successful transactions of your company.
The payments made through each payment method is displayed in the form of pie chart.
The transactions status of payment made by your customers is displayed along with the respective amount in the form of chart.
Here is the glossary for the status of the payment.
- Success - Total successful amount is shown here.
- Pending - Total pending amount is shown here.
- Refund - Total Refund amount is shown here.
- Cancelled - Total cancelled amount is shown here.
The number of new subscribers per month in the particular year selected from the dropdown on the top right is shown in the form of a graph.
The top paid subscriptions of your company is displayed along with its respective amount in the form of a graph.
The churn rate chart for each month in the particular year selected from the dropdown on the top right is shown in the form of a graph.
The disputed transactions of your company is displayed along with its respective amount in the form of a graph.
