The Customer portal is the simplest way to offer subscription and billing management functionality to your customers. It allows your customers to manage their subscriptions and download invoices.

Billing

Once payment is successful, your customer will be notified via Email. In that email, your customer will be able to access his account by clicking the My Portal link given in the context. It will redirect the customer to his/her customer portal.

In this section, you will have subscription information based on the plan. This information includes the amount, start date, billing type which will be displayed by clicking on the "info icon" next to the plan name.

Here you can also find the payment method, billing address, and you can select an active plan to upgrade to a new one by next clicking on Manage Subscription

Personal Details

You/your customer can view and edit personal details of the customer and also billing address in the right panel by clicking on the edit icon.

Personal details will be displayed as shown below:

You/your customer will be redirected to the below page to edit or add his/her personal/billing details.

Billing Contact

Here you can see your customer's billing contact details. This billing details will be shown in your customer's Invoice and also you can edit your customer's billing details such as Name, Company Name, Primary E-mail and Secondary E-mail.

Billing Details

This billing details will appear on your customer's invoice, You can also edit your customer's billing details here such Address, Postal code, City, State, Country and VAT ID. (Value Added Tax - Identification Number). VAT ID is a tax that is charged for goods and services by government.

Cancel Subscription

To cancel the active plan you can cancel it by pressing cancel subscription for the respective plan

While cancelling the subscription you/customer will be redirected to another page to submit the reason for cancellation. The status will be set as cancelled and future transactions will be stopped once the cancellation process is completed. It will appear as shown below.

Activating the cancelled plan

To activate the cancelled plan, Press the Activate button at the bottom of the respective plan. You can see a pop up as shown below, Press Yes Confirm it button to reactivate the cancelled plan.

Invoices

In this invoices section, you can download invoices of your customer's transaction by clicking the download icon as shown below:
