This section has different options to send notifications or messages to your customers about transactions. You can turn it on/off as per your requirements.

Send SMS

By enabling this feature, your customers can receive SMS notifications for every transaction they make. You can also disable this feature to avoid sending SMS notifications for each transaction.

Transaction Mails

By enabling this feature, your customers can receive e-mail notifications for every transaction they make. You can also disable this feature to avoid sending e-mail notifications for transactions.

Cc for transaction mails

By enabling this feature, you can send a copy to the organizational mail-id for every transactional mail. You can disable this feature as per your requirements.

Dunning management

By enabling this feature, you can easily manage your customer's pending mail for incomplete transactions. You can disable it as per your requirements.

Cancel subscription mails

By enabling this feature, e-mails will be sent every time plans are cancelled. Once you disable this feature emails will not be sent.

Note: The send mail feature should be enabled for sending emails

My portal link - One-Off payments

By default, the toggle is enabled & My Portal(One-Off) link will be shown. Once Disabled, the My Portal(One-Off) link gets hidden in Email & Invoices.

My portal link - Recurring payments

By default, the toggle is enabled & My Portal(Recurring) link will be shown. Once Disabled, the My Portal(Recurring) link gets hidden in Email & Invoices.
