Communications
This section has different options to send notifications or messages to your customers about transactions. You can turn it on/off as per your requirements.
Go to Menu β Settings β Configurations β Communications

Send SMS
By enabling this feature, your customers can receive SMS notifications for every transaction they make. You can also disable this feature to avoid sending SMS notification for each transaction.
Transaction Mails
By enabling this feature, your customers can receive e-mail notifications for every transaction they make. You can also disable this feature to avoid sending e-mail notifications for transaction.
Cc for transaction mails
By enabling this feature, you can send a copy to organizational mail-id for every transactional mails. You can disable this feature as per your requirements.
Dunning management
By enabling this feature, you can easily manage your customers pending mails for incomplete transactions. You can disable it as per your requirements.
Cancel subscription mails
By enabling this feature, e-mails will be sent every time plans are cancelled. Once you disable this feature emails will not be sent.
Note: Send mail feature should be enabled for sending emails
My portal link - One-Off payments
By default, toggle is enabled & My Portal(One-Off) link will be shown. Once Disabled, My Portal(One-Off) link gets hidden in Email & Invoices.
My portal link - Recurring payments
By default, toggle is enabled & My Portal(Recurring) link will be shown. Once Disabled, My Portal(Recurring) link gets hidden in Email & Invoices.
