welcome to the plans page! this is where you create, view, and manage all your subscription plans for your products or service s how to access the plans page log in to your myfundbox account from the dashboard, click on plans in the main menu you will see a list of all existing subscription plans (if any) and options to add new ones to get started, sign up and verify your myfundbox account details, then navigate to the plan page and click on + add on page in the top right corner to start your first plan creating a new subscription plan click the + add button at the top right corner of the plans page a pop up window will appear where you can enter your new plan details plan name plan creation fields explained enter a clear, descriptive name for your subscription plan this name appears on your checkout page and subscriber invoices plan type you will have the option to choose from two different plans, both of which will be available for your convenience plan type plan type you will have the option to choose from two different plans, both of which will be available for your convenience quantity charges customers based on how many units they subscribe to (e g , number of boxes or services) variable a fixed price plan charges subscribers exactly the set price of the plan they hav price when you set up your subscription plan, enter your price for either quantity or variable of your choice currency select the currency in which you want to charge your customers myfundbox supports multiple currencies, powered by integrations with multiple payment gateways like stripe, gocardless, and mollie you can see the full list of supported currencies in your dashboard billing the billing cycle defines how often your subscribers will be charged for example, a weekly billing cycle means subscribers are charged every week available billing cycle options include one off (one time) daily weekly monthly quarterly half yearly annually you can choose from the following billing cycles number of billing cycles specify the total number of billing cycles for this plan if left blank, billing will continue until the subscription is canceled allow editable quantity enabling this option allows subscribers to adjust the quantity of goods or services they purchase for variable plans, this lets subscribers pay as much as they want within your set limits minimum quantity set the minimum quantity of goods or services a subscriber must purchase to qualify for this plan maximum quantity set the maximum quantity a subscriber can purchase within the plan limits free trial enable a free trial period, allowing users to experience your product for free before committing to a subscription at the end of the trial period, a payment link will be sent automatically to the subscriber stepwise price stepwise pricing lets you create pricing tiers based on quantity ranges enter minimum and maximum quantities for each tier and set a price for that range use the + add step button to add additional pricing tiers you can click + under action to enter the next step for pricing tax options taxes can be configured based on the subscriber’s region using the add tax option found in the tax and coupons settings choose between tax inclusive tax amount is included in the purchase price tax exclusive tax amount is added on top of the purchase price you can add and manage tax rates for specific regions directly on the myfundbox website managing existing plans all your plans are listed here with key details plan name, type, price, billing cycle, and status use the edit button next to any plan to update its details use the delete button to remove plans you no longer need tips for using the plans page use simple, descriptive plan names for easy identification encourage new subscribers with free trials to experience your product risk free keep pricing clear and consistent to avoid confusion use stepwise pricing to offer volume discounts or incentives for bulk purchases
