Dunning management
If the payment fails due to insufficient balance or any other issue, this dunning management feature notifies the customer about the failed transaction. And it will allow to retry the payment process again within the specified period of time.
Note : This features allowed only for card payments
By turning on this setting, you can set a duration of days to recover the failed transactions and also you can send notification or reminder about the failed payments to the customer. This payments tab is for One-Off payment method only.
You can edit the number of days for retrying payment process as shown below. You can also choose the Do not retry option to avoid retrying the payment process again.
If all retried payment attempts have failed within the given time, you can set the payment status as cancelled automatically after selecting the days from retry schedule from the dropdown menu.
If you don't want to change the payment status you can select leave the status as it is to.
