In Payments, We can keep track of all the types of transactions **One-Off and Recurring **(**Success, Cancel, Failure, and Refund**). It accepts all types of **Payments, including Cash payments**.

You can add a payment gateway in the **Settings **→ **payment gateway **to add more payment methods.

Go to** Payments **tab, You will find this page as shown below:

When the transaction status is **successful** the payment Status is **OK**, when the transaction status is **failure** then the payment status is **failed**, when the transaction status is **Refund** then the payment status is **Refund** and when the transaction status is **In progress, Pending, Refund Resolved, Other, Disputed, Dispute Resolved, Dispute Cancel** then the payment status will not be shown in the payment list.

By clicking "**more info**" button on the right side, A pop up appears where the** Plan, Payment method, No.of billing cycles, Amount, Transaction date, Status** shown here.

You can change the payment status of the customers as **OK**, **Pending**,** Failed**,** Refund**,** Cancelled**, **In Progress **manually for the respective transactions made by the customers.

### Date Filter:

You can customize your dates by filtering from the date filter by clicking on the filter icon to display the transactions of **a** **Week, a Month & a Year, **etc.

### Payments filter:

This filter is used to filter the active free trial plans of your customers. Through this filter, you’ll be able to locate and view the expiration date of your customer’s free trial plan as well as the date they’re due to make their payment.

### Import Options:

You can download the details in the list form by clicking on the **CSV/Excel/PDF** icons as it can be used for offline verifications as shown below:
