### T*his guide will walk you through the steps to delete your subscription plan easily and securely. Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth cancellation process, and understand the implications of plan deletion.*

# Accessing the Plans Page

Log in to your account.

Navigate to the Dashboard.

Click on the Plans tab located in the main menu.

Locating the Delete Option

On the Plans page, locate your active subscription.

Press the Delete icon (🗑️) located at the top right corner of the plan card

## To delete a single plan

You can click the **delete icon** of the specific plan that you want to delete.

## To delete multiple plans

You can select the check box of multiple plans that you want to delete and then click the** delete icon** on the top right corner to delete your plans.

# Understanding the Deletion Process

When you initiate the deletion:

You may lose access to features tied to your current plan.

Any saved data may be subject to the Data Retention Policy.

A confirmation modal will appear with critical details, including:

Data loss or service interruptions.

Final billing cycles and remaining access.

Prorated refunds or final charges if applicable.

# Confirming Deletion

Review the details displayed in the confirmation modal carefully.

Click Confirm Deletion to proceed.

You will receive:

A confirmation email with the cancellation details.

A final invoice or statement, if any outstanding balances remain.

# After Deletion

Your account will be downgraded to a Free Tier (if available) or suspended if no free option exists.

Access to features and services will cease according to the final billing cycle.

Data will be retained according to the Data Retention Policy and may be recoverable for a limited period.
