### INTRODUCTION: 

**Brevo **is a powerful newsletter platform that helps businesses design, send, and track email newsletters with ease. It enables consistent delivery, audience segmentation, and performance insights to engage subscribers effectively



### Step 1:

- Go to ***https\://www\.brevo.com/*** → Click **"Sign In"** 
- Enter your email, create password 
- Complete email verification 
- You now have a Brevo accoun

###  Step 2: Get Your API Key 

**In Brevo *:*** Log into your Brevo account

- Click your profile → **Settings**→**"SMTP & API"**

- Click **"API Keys"** tab 
- Click **"Generate New API Key"** 
- Name it. 
- Click **"Generate"**

- **COPY** the key shown (it only shows once!) 

### Step 3: Connect to MYFUNDBOX

- Log into your **MYFUNDBOX** account

- Go to: **Configuration → Integration** 
- You can see Brevo Newsletter in middle of the other integrations nearby Mailchimp Newsletter

- Click the** Brevo** connect button 
- **Paste** your API key in the box

- Click **"Connect"**

✅ **Connection successful!  **Your dashboard now shows "Connected"

### Tab 2: Configuration 

**ON/OFF Switch:**  

- **GREEN (ON) **= New customers auto-sync immediately

- **BROWN (OFF) **= No auto-sync.

**Delete Button:**

-  Confirmation popup appears first 
- Removes the connection completely

### Tab 3: Sync (Visible when switch is ON) - Three Buttons: 

- **Sync Newsletter enabled Customers** 
  - Customers who enabled newsletter checkbox 
- **Sync Recurring Cancelled** 
  - Customers who stopped recurring donations 
- **Sync Recurring Customers** 
  - Monthly/regular giving customers

**For New Donations:** 

**Nothing to do!** System automatically sync contacts when Brevo newsletter is enabled : 

- Checks if customer opted-in for newsletter 
- Adds to correct lists based on donation type 



**For Existing Customers:** 

Click sync buttons to: 

- Update recently added customers 
- Add customers who missed auto-sync 



***I*mportant Note :** 

- In Customize your checkout page tab , you can see** Newsletter** module, it will be automatically enabled if we connected any one of the newsletter.

- If we disable the newsletter toggle, a warning popup will show as Brevo is connected. 
- If we click disable button, it will disable both the toggle and the Brevo newsletter in the integration tab.

- You can see a checkbox named as **“I want to stay connected – sign me up for the newsletter”. **If someone checks this box and donates, he will be synced to the lists/tags.

- After donating for a recurring plan, the customers will be synced to the recurring list and newsletter enabled customer lists in the Brevo newsletter account . 
- We can see the Recurring customers in the Subscription module which is in the left side of the dashboard 
- If the end date has been set or cancelled a plan by a customer in the Subscription module, the recurring cancelled customers will be synced to the lists/tags of Brevo Newsletter account as Recurring Cancelled customers and also if the customer reactivates the plan again they will be removed from recurring cancelled list.

- You can see the **Lists** section in the left side of dashboard under CRM.
